Refund policy

We’re not crybabies, but here’s the deal:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We’re a small, women-run business bringing you hand-picked, limited-run, alternative goodies—so we can’t do refunds. That said, we want you to love your haul.


Exchanges? For Sure.

If your item arrived damaged or you got the wrong size, email us at orders@crylatercollective.com within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll see what we can do, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability for sold-out items. (If your item is sold out in your requested size, we will issue you a store credit or a refund)


Conditions:

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still wearing their cute lil’ tags.

    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we messed up (our bad).


No returns or exchanges on:

    •    Sale items

    •    Accessories (clips, candles, etc.)

    •    Pop-up or event purchases
