We are a small business and do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please allow 3–7 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed and shipped unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please note that made-to-order, pre-order, and handmade/upcycled items may have longer turnaround times. Estimated processing times will always be listed on the product page.

Once your package has been shipped, Cry Later Collective is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double check your address before placing your order.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Due to the handmade and limited nature of many of our items, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
